Redflake

Terms of service

Last updated 2 September 2026.

The service

Redflake lets you connect bank accounts through open-banking.io, which uses a licensed PSD2 provider (Enable Banking), and make the resulting read-only data available to AI assistants: your own (via our MCP endpoint) or the Redflake Agent. Redflake is operated by Redflake, Noord-Scharwoude, the Netherlands (KvK 83574018, VAT NL003839996B45).

Not a bank, not advice

Redflake holds no payment licence and never initiates payments. Output from AI assistants, including the Redflake Agent, is information, not financial, tax or legal advice. Check important numbers against your bank before acting on them.

Your account

You need to be 18 or older and sign in with a Google account you control. Keep your devices and AI clients secure: anyone who can use a connected client can read your bank data. You can revoke clients and bank connections in the app at any time.

Bank connections

Consent is granted by you, at your bank, through open-banking.io to Enable Banking, and applies to the accounts you select. Each plan includes a number of bank connections. Banks may be temporarily unavailable; we then serve the last synced data and show when it was fetched.

Plans, trial and billing

Standard and Pro are monthly subscriptions billed in advance by Stripe, prices including VAT as shown on the pricing page. Both start with a 14-day free trial; a card is required and you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Cancel any time from Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. Failed payments get a 7-day grace period, after which access is paused. Price changes are announced 30 days ahead.

Acceptable use

Personal, household use only. Do not connect accounts you are not authorised to access, do not attempt to circumvent rate limits or plan limits, and do not use the service for anything unlawful. Business use is available on request.

Data

How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. Export and deletion are self-service.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by Dutch law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of AI output or for outages at banks, open-banking.io, Enable Banking or AI providers.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes are emailed 30 days in advance. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Dutch law applies; disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands.
